You can also get the information you need by sending a text to the Netspend SMS number, 22622. Standard text message and data rates, fees, and charges may apply.

LAST: Information about your most recent transaction

DEP: Information about your 7 most recent deposits made within the past 30 days

DIRECT: Your account routing and account numbers (necessary to sign up for Direct Deposit)

TAX: Get your tax filing information
