The Bank Transfer feature offers a fast and convenient way for eligible customers to transfer funds between your Netspend and your external bank account in the Online Account Center or mobile app. (Fees may apply for the use of this feature)

Note that Bank Transfer feature may not be available for all accounts. Check the Online Account Center for availability. 

The feature supports two transfer options:

• You can transfer funds from your personal bank account (like Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.) to your Netspend . 
• You can transfer funds from your Netspend to a personal bank account.
