What are the different fee plans available?
Log in to the Online Account Center, select Account and then the Fee Plan page. Depending on your program, you may be able to choose between a monthly fee plan, an annual fee plan, or a pay per transaction plan. Details of each plan are shown on the Fee Plan page. Pick the plan that is right for you.
